Enso is the brainchild of both our creativity and our vegan lifestyle. The massive gap in the food industry in regards to products for clean eating and plant-based foods, gave rise to an opportunity to introduce our philosophy to like-mined individuals that would love to embrace a more positive lifestyle, through Enso. Our goal was to make the best plant-based, nutrient-dense, gluten-free food and desserts accessible to everyone.

Our boss, our manager and the queen of the shop. Tatiana studied Business Management and Interior Design, and after running successfully her family business for 15 years, decided to pursue a new path, after she saw the results she had when she adopted a healthier lifestyle while she was training with Juliette for 10 years.
Tatiana ensures the smooth and efficient running of all operations and running of the shop, while making it her personal motive to make sure every customer, supplier and employee leaves ENSO just a little bit happier than when they come in.

Juliette was a competitive athlete for 10 years and a Personal Trainer for over two decades. Fitness and Clean Eating has always been a huge part of her life. With a strong belief that physical fitness and wellbeing is a holistic approach, she has learned to consider all aspects of what really means to grow and progress into a fit and healthy person. Now, she uses all the knowledge she gathered through the years, to improve your performance and overall everyday life, through her recipes at ENSO.
Juliette creates all the ENSO recipes, and prepares all the meals and desserts. She feels that this is the best way to ensure the quality and nutritional value of the food. Juliette also plans, manages and oversees the day-to-day operations.
